Some important information about our products
We have gotten a lot of feedback from our customers indicating they hesitated to purchase one of our large products, like our drum carders and wool pickers because they were priced a significant amount below our competitors' prices. Because of this, they made the assumption that our products were inferior or cheaply made. They were very surprised upon receiving the product to see they are very well crafted from excellent materials. In all cases as good or better than our competition.
The reason we are able to sell at a significantly lower price than our competition is this: we only sell directly to the public. When you purchase from us you are purchasing the products from the people that make them. This accomplishes two things for us - first, it allows us to remove one layer of profit-taking from our sales chain. Removing this layer saves a 50% to 100% markup of the wholesale price to our customers. If we were selling via a distribution network a product that we wholesale to a distributor for $350 will be marked up to a retail price of at least $525 and maybe up to $700. Secondly, we can assure the customer service on our products is of a very high quality. We are the only manufacturer, of which I am aware, that provides a true "money back guarantee" on all our major products.
In addition, we design our products to grow with our customers needs. No need to purchase a new product, just add an additional option to the one you have. Because of this, our products have extremely high customer loyalty and hold a very high resale value.
In conclusion, you can rest assured that the quality of our products is second to none and you can expect excellent customer service as well. We will continue to keep the price of our products as low as possible by wholesaling them directly to our customers.
